The Hermitage, located at Aoraki/Mount Cook Alpine Village, is seeking Guest Service Attendants to join our Front Office team. You’ll welcome guests, provide information on facilities and local attractions, and support pre- and post-arrival experiences to ensure memorable stays. You will collaborate with Reservations, Activities, F&B, Housekeeping and Kitchen teams.
