Job Description We'relooking for a Technical Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership within our squads, helping deliver secure, scalable solutions that create value for Meridian.You'llguide solution design, support quality delivery, and bring your technicalexpertiseto help teams deliver great outcomes end to end. In this role, you will: Provide technical leadership across cross-functional squads Guide solution design and integration Deliver secure, scalable, high-quality solutions Apply modern engineering practices and standards Build strong stakeholder relationships Contribute to continuous improvement and communities of practice The location for this role is flexible. Qualifications You'llbring strong technicalexpertise, a collaborative approach, and the ability to solve complex problems.You'llenjoy working across disciplines, influencing technical decisions, and helping teams deliver great outcomes. We’relooking for experience in: Azure, Databricks and SQL server would be beneficial Supporting enterprise corporate systems (e.g. Oracle,Maximo,MS365 and Power Platforms) would beadvantageous.
