Bitumen Sprayer Operator

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Bitumen/Emulsion Sprayer Operator to join our surfacing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to contribute to a high-performing crew. This position is based in Auckland and includes occasional travel requirements. What knowledge / experience / qualifications are we after? Class 4 or 5 license preferred with Dangerous Goods ticket Experience with SRE Sprayers and systems and an ability to keep gear clean and tidy to a high standard Minimum 5 years' experience in sprayer operation across all sealing works (first coats, reseals, second coats) Significant experience with bitumen products and spray rates Good communication skills and high Health and Safety Standards Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude Experience with a Road Ranger gearbox highly desireable WTR is also highly recommended but can be obtained with the right candidate. This is a physical role, so you need to be fit and well to carry out your duties. We offer a guaranteed 40 working week, and a competitive hourly rate. Some Saturdaywork will be required from time to time as required for the project, particularly during the summer months during reseal season. You're big on Health & Safety in the workplace, dedicated to working safe and going home safe - and you expect the same of your work mates.
