About the Role As aClinical Administration Support team member, you will provide administrativesupport to consultants and clinical teams, helping to manage the patientjourney from specialist referral and appointment through to treatment andongoing care within the community. This role requires excellent attention todetail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to maintain accuratepatient information within our clinical systems, including the transcription ofmedical documentation. This is a permanent, part-time role working 48 hours per fortnight (0.6 FTE), with hoursacross: Week 1: Monday,Thursday, Friday 7.30AM to 4.00PM; Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, 7.30AM to 4.00PM, Saturday & Sunday 7.30AM to11.30AM. For more information on living and working in Nelson click here About you As Clinical Administration Support, you will: Have a positive, professional, andapproachable manner; Possess excellent interpersonalskills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service ; Be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite withstrong computer literacy ; Demonstrate empathy, discretion, and acommitment to maintaining patient confidentiality ; Have proven ability to prioritise tasks andmanage a busy workload effectively. Atyping speed of 50 words per minute or more is essential. Dictaphone experienceand medical terminology would be advantageous but not essential. Our preferredapplicants will be required to undertake a computer skills assessment. The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealandor hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
