Operations Supervisor

If you've got a keen eye for detail, great communication skills, and enjoy leading from the front, this could be the opportunity for you. What does the role entail? This is a hands-on position where you'll spend time both supervising the team and actively contributing to the day-to-day operational workload. Supervising a team of 4 operations staff Taking a hands-on approach to operational activities, assisting the team with vehicle processing, yard presentation, and day-to-day workflow management Overseeing the processing of vehicles from procurement through to sales Administering vehicle safety reports and ensuring compliance Maintain high standards for yard presentation Assisting with other operational tasks as needed. What do we need from you?
