About the Role Reporting tothe NZ Distribution Manager, you will lead a team of 5 Warehouse Team Leadersand 50 warehouse employees over 3 shifts, ensuring the safe, efficient, andcost-effective execution of all warehouse operations. What You’ll Be Responsible For Leading and developing a high-performingwarehouse team Creating a strong culture of safety, engagement,and accountability Ensuringinventory accuracy and warehouse performance metrics Driving continuous improvement initiativesacross people, processes and systems Ensuring Delivery in Full, On Time, (DIFOT) andcustomer service targets are consistently achieved Partnering closely with Planning, Production,Quality, Engineering, Finance and HR Supporting operational planning and identifyingopportunities to improve productivity and efficiency Maintaining compliance with warehouseprocedures, quality standards, inventory controls and audit requirements Building strong employee relations practices,including performance management, training, attendance management and workforcecapability development Championing Health & Safety and ensuringcompliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015 and Vitaco safetystandards Provide leadership support across all shiftsincluding attending training, workshops, meetings and company functions asrequired What You’ll Bring We are looking for a confident operational leader with atrack record of delivering results in fast-paced warehouse manufacturing ordistribution environments. Ideally, you will have: 5+ years leadership experience withinwarehousing, logistics, distribution or preferably within FMCG manufacturing Strong people leadership skills with experiencecoaching and developing teams A solid understanding of warehouse operations,inventory management and transport coordination Experience driving continuous improvement andoperational excellence initiatives Strong Health & Safety leadership experience Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, labourcosts, productivity, and service performance Experience with ERP, inventory management orwarehouse management systems will be highly regarded Must have experience leading large teams and managinglarge-scale warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations Responsible for 3 warehouse sites Full New Zealand working rights Why Join Vitaco At Vitaco, we're passionate about empowering healthier livesthrough our market-leading brands.
