About the Role GM Retail You will help ensure: Products are available for customers when required Purchase orders are raised accurately and on time Customer orders are processed and managed efficiently Promotional stock is available before catalogue and mailer launches Inventory systems and replenishment settings remain accurate Supplier relationships are maintained professionally Key Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders using replenishment systems Monitor and manage outstanding supplier orders Analyse stock availability and resolve replenishment issues Conduct inventory audits and gap analysis Maintain CORE range compliance Coordinate customer special orders and supplier follow-up Manage promotional inventory requirements Communicate with suppliers, couriers, and internal stakeholders Support continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and stock availability What We're Looking For Highly organised with excellent attention to detail A confident communicator with strong customer service skills Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Comfortable using computer systems and learning new technology Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused Adaptable in a busy retail environment A positive team player with a can-do attitude Why Join Us?
