Associate Product Manager - Home Lending At ASB, we're all about helping our customers get one step ahead in life. We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Home Lending team. This is an opportunity to build your product management capability while contributing to an important transformation programme that's helping shape the future of home lending at ASB. You'll work alongside experienced product leaders and cross-functional teams to improve customer and frontline experiences, while developing skills that will support your long-term career growth. As an Associate Product Manager, you'll be part of the Home Lending Transformation (NextLend) workstream, helping improve and modernise the way customers apply for home loans at ASB. You'll support the development and delivery of product initiatives, contribute to roadmap priorities, and help ensure our products and services continue to meet customer, business and regulatory requirements. Working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, frontline teams and other stakeholders across the business, you'll help identify opportunities for improvement, gather insights, support the delivery of enhancements and contribute to great customer outcomes. A key part of the role is understanding both customer and lender needs and helping translate those into meaningful improvements. You'll be supported by experienced leaders who are invested in your development and success, giving you exposure to product management practices, strategic thinking and delivery within one of ASB's key portfolios. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, customer-focused and enjoys working with people across different parts of the business. To be successful in this role, you'll bring: A customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving customer experiences. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders. The ability to analyse information, identify opportunities and make practical recommendations. An interest in product development, continuous improvement and delivering business outcomes. A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from others. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a changing environment. Experience in home lending, personal banking or a frontline banking role would be highly beneficial, as you'll work closely with frontline teams and help represent both customer and lender perspectives. However, this isn't essential. We're open to people who can demonstrate transferable skills, strong stakeholder engagement capability and a genuine desire to grow their product management career.
