Consultant Breast Radiologist

This well-known organisation seeking a team lead or an experienced Breast Radiologist to join their team of 26

You will report to the General Manager Radiology

Position:

\n
• Monday to Friday position
\n
• Work as the part of the team
\n
• Reading of mammograms and performing radiological procedures to achieve the best clinical outcome
\n
• To participate fully in the multi-disciplinary team of 26
\n
• HR recruit
\n
• Promote radiology input and back up for the clinical staff
\n
• Provide safety and medical mentoring
\n
• Provide accurate and timely diagnosis and reports
\n
• Communicate clearly and demonstrate interpersonal and professional care with patients
\n

Key Task:

\n
• Breast Ultrasound
\n
• Ultrasound guided and stereotactic core biopsies
\n
• Clinical assessment, bilateral ultrasound
\n
• Reporting of screening and diagnostic mammograms within 24hrs of X-ray
\n
• Localisation of impalpable lesions
\n
• MRI reporting services
\n
