Store Manager

We are looking for Store Manager to join our team at our Auckland based Pizza store. As a Store Manager you will handle the Store Operations responsibly, and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience.

You will be working independently at our busy store which has great foot and vehicle traffic and has been thriving for being a one-of-a-kind pizza place. You will organise and control the Store to ensure it is always in a presentable manner and meets the food and hygiene requirements.

Location: North Shore, Auckland

Job Type : Full time – 30 hours Minimum per week, based on a rotating Roster.

Duration: Permanent

Pay Bracket: Minimum $30.00 per hour and the Employer is willing to go up to $35.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure compliance with Occupational health and safety regulations

· Determining product mix, stock levels, waste reduction and service standards

· Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices of all products.

· Promoting and advertising the store’s Menu, Promotions and holiday Menu

· Selling to customers and advising them on ingredients and allergens if needed

· Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions, and updated Council requirements from time to time.

· Completing Food safety requirements Daily

· Undertaking budgeting for the establishment and assessing Gross profit measures

· Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff. Providing feedback and Maintaining Paperwork, Building the staff morale

We are looking for candidates with the preferred attributes:

· - Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and public holidays as per the store timings from Monday to Sunday

· - Relevant qualification OR Relevant experience of 2 years OR A bachelor’s degree or Higher qualification in any field will be accepted for this role

· - Communication skills and Handling customers professionally

· - Great presentation and Personal Hygiene, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
