We’re looking for a Roller Operator to join our Surfacing team. You will keep our roads smooth, compact, and looking sharp. The job Operate rollers with expertise Keep all machinary in good working condition with daily checks. Work with a crew that values safety and good culture. Experience WTR endorsement and Class 1 licence. A good attitude and a sense of humour – potholes happen! You're passionate about what you do and genuinely take pride in a job well done. This is a physical role, so you need to be fit and well to carry out your duties. We offer a guaranteed 40 hours working week, and a competitive hourly rate.
