About the role We are looking for Coldstore Forklift Operators to join our Team at our Ashburton vegetable plant. This is a full-time role, working on 12-hour shifts, 4 ON 4 OFF roster, working either Day shift or Night shift as directed. Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications. A night shift allowance of $22.50 per shift will be paid nights worked. Key Responsibilities: Complete tasks as required by your Team Leader or Supervisor. Inwards/ outwards goods to be handled safely and accurately. Stacking de-stacking in line with standard operating procedures (training is provided). Performs dispatch and Packout supply as directed. Ensure company-documented procedures and business rules are adhered to. For this role, you will need: In some cases, forklift training agreement can be used for new staff until license is completed. Prior Warehouse/Coldstore experience preferred but not compulsory. Solid understanding of H&S regulations pertaining to Forklift Operations.
