Job Description
Sanford Limited seeks an experienced Meal Plant Operator to join the San Aotea II, a specialist longline vessel targeting ling in sub‑antarctic waters and off the Southland coast. The role is an Independent Contractor (self-employed) with trip-on/trip-off rotations of 6–7 weeks, starting around late September 2026.
