HEB Construction, in collaboration with the Auckland System Management (ASM) Alliance, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead life-cycle costing and optimise project budgets for a major road maintenance contract. You will develop budgets, forecast costs, and support procurement, cost controls, and cost-recovery tasks across the delivery team.
