What You'll Bring Senior experience leading a PMO/SPO/portfolio function in complex environments. Proven ability to build cadence: decision forums, reporting rhythm, governance discipline. Strong portfolio governance: prioritisation, dependency management, delivery assurance. Change leadership beyond methodology- able to shift ways of working and delivery maturity. Executive-level stakeholder skills: influential, resilient, clear, and data-led (no jargon).
