We’re looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as our Senior Cellar Door & Front of House Lead. This is a hands‑on role, supporting the Cellar Door Manager and Front of House Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences while helping them to lead our small team. What you’ll be doing Delivering premium wine tasting and dining experiences Supporting our managers with day‑to‑day leadership of the Cellar Door team Building strong relationships with guests, wine club members and Shareholders Managing bookings, administration, reporting and daily reconciliations Contributing ideas to grow and enhance the customer experience Supporting events and special experiences throughout the year Ensuring compliance with all alcohol licensing requirements What we’re looking for 5+ years’ hospitality experience, including leadership responsibilities Current LCQ and Duty Manager Certificate Confidence leading a team and delivering exceptional customer service Strong organisational and administrative skills A genuine passion for wine, food and hospitality Professional, positive and calm under pressure Why Palliser?
