Access to LinkedIn Learning suite and training opportunities Supportive, transparent and empowering leadership culture About the opportunity We're looking for a Quality & Environment Manager to help elevate, strengthen, and continuously improve Enatel's quality and environmental management systems. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll work across the business to ensure quality and environmental requirements are embedded into everyday business practices. You'll play a key role in maintaining ISO 14001 certification, strengthening environmental compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the business. This is a highly influential role where you'll work with stakeholders across the business to provide guidance, support audit readiness, improve system performance, and help ensure quality and environmental risks are identified, managed, and reduced. Success in this role comes through collaboration, expertise, and the ability to influence and support others to deliver sustainable improvements. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining and improving Enatel's Quality and Environmental Management Systems. Leading ISO 14001 certification readiness, surveillance audits, and recertification activities. Leading, coaching, and empowering the Quality team to deliver strong quality outcomes, build capability, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Coordinating internal and external audits, corrective actions, and management review processes. Supporting customer quality activities, including investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Monitoring environmental compliance requirements and supporting initiatives that improve environmental performance across the business. Driving continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance, process discipline, and operational performance. About you To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has: Experience maintaining quality and/or environmental management systems. Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements. Experience coordinating audits, corrective actions, and compliance activities. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience within manufacturing, engineering, technology, or a similarly regulated environment. A relevant qualification in Quality, Environmental Management, Engineering, Operations, Science, or a related discipline.
