As a Product Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and developing world leading products. Working closely with all aspects of the Engineering Teams, Project Management, Production, and key technology partners, you’ll contribute to the full product lifecycle and help shape future technology directions. What You’ll Be Doing: Product Design & Development Design of new products from concept through to verification and qualification. Develop and implement test methodologies and specifications. Keep ahead of market needs and state‑of‑the‑art technology to inform product and process innovation. Teamwork & Problem Solving Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross‑functional teams. Solve customer and design challenges. Participate in project work across the organisation. Identify and drive improvement opportunities. Champion innovation and adoption of new technologies and engineering concepts. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering (required). Postgraduate study (Master’s/PhD/Postgrad Diploma) in Engineering or Science (an advantage). At least 3+ years’ experience in a design role within a high‑volume manufacturing environment. Strong engineering knowledge with experience in product realisation. Proficiency in circuit modelling and simulation tools. Experience in analogue and digital circuit design. Excellent communication skills and a methodical, solution‑focused approach. Thermal or structural simulation knowledge would be an advantage. APQP engineering techniques. Why Join Us?
