Experience in New Zealand primary care or comparable health systems is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience and/or formal training in Family Medicine, emphasising continuity of care across all age groups. Strong clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a wide range of presentations in a community setting. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with nursing and allied health professionals within a multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to ongoing training and professional development, including active participation in peer review processes and clinical governance activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a respectful and culturally responsive approach to working with diverse communities.
