As our Web Product Lead, you will help drive the innovation and growth of Kiwibank.co.nz by leading customer centred development initiatives and partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver business critical outcomes. Working with the Product Manager, you will translate business strategy into actionable plans, refine and prioritise user stories, manage backlogs, facilitate agile ceremonies, contribute to solution design, testing and change management activities. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed delivery, championing continuous improvement, agile ways of working, and customer focused outcomes, will help shape exceptional digital experiences for Kiwi. For this role we’re looking for a customer-focused digital product leader who thrives on collaboration, innovation and delivering meaningful outcomes.
