Permanent role + 5 weeks' annual leave and insurance benefits Te whiwhinga mahi - Our opportunity As Project Coordinator, you will play an important part in the smooth delivery of housing projects as you coordinate and process project information across Kāinga Ora systems, including lean methodology systems, to support accurate reporting, effective data management and efficient administrative workflows. You will maintain accurate project information, support end-to-end construction workflows and help keep activities, milestones and payments on track. The role suits someone who works well in a structured, collaborative environment and enjoys solving problems. Working across complex project streams, you will balance competing priorities and coordinate with construction teams, build partners, suppliers and other stakeholders. You will support project and programme reporting, financial coordination, quality assurance, risk tracking, business change and continuous improvement to help deliver consistent and reliable project outcomes. By improving delivery rhythms, strengthening reporting and supporting new ways of working, you will play an important part in building a more integrated, efficient and accountable housing delivery system. This role is part of a highly focused team that work together in our Newmarket office during set hours Monday to Friday. Ngā Pūmanawatanga Ōu - What You Will Bring This position is ideally suited to a programme/project coordinator with a broad base of experience gained in complex environments, and an interest in or desire to learn about housing delivery system. Here's What You'll Bring To The Role Meets the skills and attributes required to work in an Agile open team-based environment At least 2 years’ experience in project coordination or a similar role including experience and proven capability working with project management and reporting software systems. Experience with Ara and Plato essential. Sound basic understanding of residential housing construction process, and ability to interpret building plans to capture key relevant information in Oracle EAM. Works in a structured, well organised way to deliver results– demonstrated ability to prioritise demands, organise, meet deadlines and deliver desired results by taking ownership and using effective self and time management approaches. The ability to influence and work effectively with all levels including leadership, colleagues and multiple internal and external stakeholders. Building networks and relationships both internally and externally. The ability to handle large volumes of information, and capture, analyse and report on information with accuracy and attention to detail. Nōu te rourou - What's in it for you?
