About the Role As a Homecare Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of skilled support workers to meet client needs. You will work closely with clients, support workers, families, funders, and the wider Drake Medox team to ensure exceptional service outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding support workers Building and maintaining talent pools to meet current and future client requirements Coordinating and managing support worker rosters Ensuring compliance with onboarding, training, and client requirements Managing payroll-related activities and resolving workforce issues Build strong relationships with clients and their families Match support workers to clients based on skills, experience, and suitability Conduct regular client reviews and address concerns promptly Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is completed within required timeframes Supporting quality assurance, health and safety, and continuous improvement initiatives What You'll Bring Previous experience in recruitment, workforce coordination, rostering, healthcare, disability, rehabilitation, or community support sectors will be advantageous Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure A customer-focused approach and passion for delivering outstanding service A relevant qualification in business, health, or a related field Benefits & Environment At Drake Medox, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
