You'll be the friendly face welcoming guests to our island paradise, helping them book unforgettable tours, exploring local gems, and driving them straight into the adventure. From retail to reservations, from the Bays to the Boats - this is a multi-faceted role for someone who loves variety, people, and the great outdoors. What You'll Be Doing Be the ultimate host - greet guests, share your local knowledge, and help them plan their perfect island experience Get behind the wheel and safely transport guests to some of Rakiura's most stunning and scenic destinations. Support operations by delivering exceptional guest service, assisting with check-ins, managing bookings, and providing accurate information to guests Help keep our rental vehicles running smoothly through daily operations and vehicle upkee Be a connector - know what other local operators offer and help guests make the most of their time here What We're Looking For A people-person with a passion for travel and storytelling Experience in customer service and/or sales A valid Class 1 Licence A safety-first mindset, great communication, and a proactive, can-do attitude What do you get out of it?
