Interislander, Wellington-based, is seeking a Workforce Operations Lead to run day-to-day crewing, rostering and workforce activities. You will report to the Workforce Planning Manager and lead the Resource Planners to ensure rosters, leave planning and crew movements meet safety and continuity standards.
