Job Description
Landmark Homes New Zealand is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our on-site team in Havelock North. You will prepare BOQs, cost plans, and detailed estimates for premium residential projects, and maintain budgets throughout the construction lifecycle. You will work closely with project managers, designers, and suppliers to validate quantities, negotiate pricing, and support procurement decisions, while contributing to risk analysis and value engineering to ensure on-time, on-budget #J-18808-Ljbffr
