Review and enhance finance processes, documentation, and internal controls to improve efficiency and reduce risk. Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business and collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process. What You Will Need To Be Successful 3–5 years' experience in financial accounting, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and public sector accounting standards (PBE). Strong experience managing month-end and year-end close processes, including financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliations. Proven capability in budgeting, forecasting, multi-period planning (4+8, 6+6, and 8+4), and detailed variance analysis. A process-driven mindset with experience in process documentation, internal controls, and continuous improvement. High technical accuracy, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and practical way. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with the Finance team and stakeholders across the organisation. About You You are a proactive and self‑motivated finance professional who enjoys taking ownership and delivering high‑quality outcomes. You combine technical accounting expertise with commercial curiosity, always looking beyond the numbers to understand what is driving financial performance. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to strengthening processes and controls while delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
