He angitūtanga: The opportunity Here at Auckland Council, our leisure centres play a key role in achieving our goal of get Auckland the most active city in the world. And right now,we're looking for a Team Member to join our Customer Support team at Takapuna Pool and Leisure Centre. In this frontline role, your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers and visitors during busy periods Support a large, diverse fitness and aquatic membership base with enrolment and retention Completing day-to-day administration tasks and cash handling Understanding all centre operations and assisting with relevant tasks such as bookings and appointments This is a 16-hr per week fixed-term part-time position until April 2027. Shifts below: Friday - 1pm-9:30pm Saturday 10am-6:30pm He kōrero mōu: About you You enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering a positive experience in a frontline customer service environment. Moreover, you have: A mature, responsible, and flexible approach and you are able to use your initiative to problem solve An enthusiastic, team‑player, and positive attitude with infectious energy A commitment providing your customers with an exceptional experience and to maintaining a high degree of professionalism in your work An understanding about health and safety You will need a First Aid Certificate; however, we will help you obtain one if you do not already have it.
