Working within an experienced and supportive crew, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining emulsion sprayer equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring high-quality outcomes for our customers and communities. Nga Pūkenga Matu | Important Skills We're looking for someone who is safety-focused, reliable, and takes pride in their work. Ideally, you'll have: Class 2 Driver Licence minimum (Class 4 preferred) Experience operating an SRE sprayer Experience in road surfacing, sealing, civil construction, or a similar industry Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Good problem-solving and communication skills Commitment to maintaining equipment to a high standard A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team If you have plant operating experience and are keen to grow your skills, we'd still like to hear from you.
