The Role Reporting to the CFO, the Global Head of Commercial Finance will lead the commercial finance business partnering across manufacturing, supply chain, innovation, and sales and marketing globally. This is a senior, strategic role combining hands-on execution with genuine influence over ZIWI's financial performance and growth. This role will suit a commercially minded leader who enjoys creating structure in a dynamic environment and is excited by the opportunity to shape how finance supports the next phase of ZIWI's growth. Key Responsibilities Support strategic business planning to deliver sustainable revenue, EBITDA and cash flow growth Lead and develop a global commercial finance team Direct budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling for commercial activities worldwide Own weekly flash, monthly reporting, quarterly reforecasts and the annual budget process Support M&A activity from strategic fit through to financial modelling and due diligence Build KPI dashboards and reporting tools to track commercial performance Key Skills & Experience Required CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualified with 10+ years' experience Commercial finance background in FMCG or a similarly complex, fast-moving business Strong financial modelling capability Confident building data-driven reporting frameworks Exceptional stakeholder management across finance and non-finance audiences at executive level What's In It For You This is a rare opportunity to work for a genuine NZ global export success story, with direct exposure to senior leaders and a mandate spanning five regions.
