IDEA Services in Morrinsville, part of IHC New Zealand, is hiring a Support Worker to help adults with intellectual disabilities live independently. You will work night shifts, support risk management, and ensure safety while delivering person-centered care. Experience in disability or aged care is preferred, but we value life experience and a positive attitude.
