To join the amazing us, you must have: 15+ years’ experience in data architecture, data strategy, and delivery leadership, including proven experience leading and managing a data team on a large SAP data migration programme. Strong SAP S/4HANA data migration experience, with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA knowledge and an architectural understanding of the SAP data landscape, objects, and migration approach. Ability to set architectural direction for data, including selecting and guiding the approach to tools, frameworks, migration patterns, and ETL patterns. Broad technical understanding of data migration, profiling, data quality, and ETL, with the confidence to direct and challenge specialists without needing to be hands‑on. Experience translating programme goals into a structured data workstream, including scope, plans, dependencies, quality gates, and delivery milestones. Strong ownership of delivery and accountability for data readiness, including clear reporting into programme governance forums. Excellent leadership and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work across functional, technical, and transformation teams to land data outcomes. Happy to spend a couple of days a week working from our savvy office. What's it like day-to-day ?Great question! Here’s a snapshot of what your day would look like at Lagom :Lead the data workstream across large SAP data migration and transformation programmes, ensuring the team is clear on priorities, dependencies, risks, and outcomes .Define and guide the data architecture approach, including migration strategy, ETL patterns, tooling, frameworks, and quality controls .Work with programme leadership to translate business and transformation goals into a structured data plan with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, and governance touchpoints .Provide architectural direction across SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA data objects, migration design, profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and readiness activities .Coordinate with functional, technical, integration, reporting, and transformation teams to ensure data outcomes are aligned and delivered successfully .Own data readiness reporting, including progress, risks, issues, quality gates, and decision points for programme governance .Challenge and support data specialists, functional consultants, and delivery teams to ensure practical, scalable, and high‑quality migration outcomes .Bring calm, confident leadership to complex data conversations, keeping teams focused on delivery done right .So, what's in it for me after all that awesome work ?We are big on perks and provide a range of benefits to support your work LIFE, whatever your circumstances.
