Agile Project Manager

What You'll Do Own agile project planning, sprint execution, and backlog management for AI and data consulting engagements Coordinate delivery across data engineering, analytics, and AI workstreams built on Databricks Translate client business objectives into structured project plans, milestones, and sprint goals Facilitate agile ceremonies — sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos Manage scope, risk, and dependencies across cross-functional technical and consulting teams Track and report project health, timelines, and key delivery metrics to client stakeholders Support data analysis initiatives by ensuring deliverables align with client data quality and reporting needs Act as the primary point of coordination between technical teams and business/consulting stakeholders Identify and resolve blockers to keep delivery on track within a consulting engagement model What You Bring Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead on technical or consulting engagements Working knowledge of AI and data analysis concepts sufficient to manage technical delivery credibly Experience with or strong familiarity with the Databricks platform and data/AI project workflows Consulting background, with experience managing client-facing engagements and stakeholder expectations Strong facilitation skills across agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences Based in or able to work within New Zealand business hours Nice to Have Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent) Experience with data governance or MLOps practices within a Databricks environment Prior experience in a consulting or professional services firm Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools supporting data analysis deliverables #J-18808-Ljbffr
