We've had an exciting opportunity open up in our People & Capability team as a People & Capability Business Partner. This role is located in Wellington. You'll enjoy a varied role, responsible for partnering with Sharesies leadership and providing specialist advice on a range of complex people issues and organisational incentives.
We're looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic, innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are. For thePeople & Capability role we are specifically looking for someone who:
- Has expert knowledge of HR best practice in the areas of employment relations, performance management, change management, remuneration, workforce planning and employee engagement
- Is approachable and able to create strong, constructive relationships with leaders in all levels of an organisation

Is a clear and effective communicator, able to break down complex processes and jargon to suit any audience
