What You'll Be Doing No two days are the same in this role. One day you could betroubleshooting equipment, the next maintaining our grounds, monitoring waterquality, or helping bring exciting new projects and facilities to life. You'll be part of a team responsible for: Maintainingour pools, plant, buildings, equipment, and grounds to a high standard Ensuringexceptional water quality across our pool complex Carryingout preventative and reactive maintenance tasks Assistingwith the installation and maintenance of new recreational facilities Helpingkeep visitor attraction safe, clean, and operating smoothly Usingtechnology and monitoring systems to support facility operations What We're Looking For We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on individual with abackground in the trades who enjoys practical work, takes initiative, andexcels at problem-solving. While pool experience is not required , we arespecifically seeking candidates with a strong trade foundation—particularly ineither Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical work. Full trainingwill be provided, including formal certification in pool water qualitymanagement. Key Qualifications & Attributes Background or hands-on experience in plumbing,HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or a related trade field. Strong maintenance skills and a natural abilityto troubleshoot equipment and systems. A reliable, self-motivated approach with apositive, can-do attitude. Able to work efficiently on your own whilecollaborating seamlessly with the wider team. Confidence using digital tools/technology (or afast learner ready to pick it up). High attention to detail with an uncompromisedcommitment to workplace safety standards. Capable of undertaking active, physicallydemanding hands-on work daily.
