SouthRoads is seeking a proactive Fleet Compliance Manager to join our high-performing team in New Zealand. You will partner with managers across the business to ensure our people, vehicles and systems stay safe, compliant and operating at their best. You’ll analyse information, identify risks and educate and coach managers to improve driver performance and reduce risk, rather than policing compliance.
