Residential Site Manager

Role Description We are looking for an experienced Site Project Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor construction progress and maintain project schedules. Ensure all work complies with NZ Building Code, council requirements, and company quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly. Enforce health and safety requirements across all sites. Liaise with clients, consultants, inspectors, and internal teams throughout the construction process. Organise material deliveries and site logistics. Maintain accurate site records, reports, and project documentation. Minimum 2 years\' residential site management experience in New Zealand. Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English. Strong knowledge of New Zealand residential construction methods and NZ Building Code. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Full New Zealand driver\'s licence. Preferred Qualifications Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Building, Engineering, or a related discipline. LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) is an advantage but not essential. Experience delivering townhouses or multi-unit residential developments is highly regarded. What We Offer Competitive salary package based on experience.
