We'regrowing our marketing team and looking for a digital marketing and communicationsall-rounder to bring that feeling to life across social, email, web content andvisual storytelling — for HSTPS, The Spa, Tea Kiosk Café & Grill, and ourInformation Centre & Gift Shop. About the Role Run our social media presence across Facebook,Instagram, TikTok and beyond, giving each its own voice and personality. Own our EDM platform and guest database, fromnewsletters to campaign sends. Lead the quality and storytelling of our websitecontent, working alongside our Marketing Coordinator on the technical side. Coordinate our photography and video content, and keepour visual library fresh and on-brand. Make sure every event and promotion we run gets thepromotion it deserves, across every channel — working with our EventsCoordinator on timing and cross-promotion. Set the tone for how we communicate with guests,including media enquiries and anything urgent or reactive. A few years' hands-on experience across social media,email marketing and content or communications. Sharp writing skills and the ability to flex toneacross audiences and platforms. Confidence managing a database and understanding ofemail compliance. Comfort with GA4 or similar analytics tools, andturning data into clear insights.
