We are now looking for a Microsoft CRM Support Engineer to join our IT and Customer Experience team. About the opportunity This is a full-time, six-month fixed-term role supporting a number of upcoming CRM projects and improvements across HRV. You will help maintain, support and improve HRV’s Microsoft CRM environment while working closely with internal stakeholders, technology partners and system users. The role will combine day-to-day technical support with project-based work, troubleshooting and continuous improvement. The proposed start date is 1 September 2026. The role is initially fixed term for six months due to the current CRM project programme. There may be an opportunity for the role to be extended for a further six months, depending on HRV’s future project pipeline and business requirements. What you’ll be doing Your responsibilities will include: Providing technical and functional support for HRV’s Microsoft CRM environment Investigating and resolving system issues raised by users Supporting the delivery, testing and implementation of CRM projects and enhancements Working with stakeholders to understand system requirements and identify practical solutions Assisting with CRM configuration, workflows, integrations and system improvements Coordinating with external technology providers and implementation partners where required Supporting user acceptance testing, system releases and change activity Maintaining clear system documentation, processes and support records Providing guidance and support to CRM users across the business Identifying opportunities to improve system performance, reliability and the user experience About you You will be someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting users and improving how technology works within a business. Ideally, you will bring: Experience troubleshooting CRM, application or systems-related issues An understanding of CRM configuration, workflows, integrations and data management Experience supporting technology projects, upgrades or system implementations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clear communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Good organisation and attention to detail A practical, customer-focused approach to IT support The ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a wider team Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure or related Microsoft technologies would be an advantage.
