About The Role In this position, you will be responsible for: Accurately, efficiently, and safely picking and packing orders for our online customers. Communicating with other departments regarding out-of-stock items, substitutions, and various customer inquiries related to online orders. Maintaining a positive attitude towards health and safety for yourself and those around you. About You We are looking for a new team member who is customer-focused and possesses the following qualities: A solid understanding of good customer service. The ability to make customer-first decisions that align with our processes and systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
