About The Role As a Gondola Operator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Gondola and providing exceptional service to our guests. This includes following set gondola operating procedures for the safe loading and unloading of gondola cabins to the line, making continuous safety checks, and ultimately ensuring our guests' safety at all times. You’ll also support our Guest Services Team, assisting guests with bookings and enquiries, welcoming visitors, processing ticket sales, and providing a friendly, professional first point of contact. This is a varied role that combines operational responsibilities with outstanding customer service. We're looking for a reliable team player with a strong commitment to health and safety.
