Te Puna Manawa HealthWEST is a Māori Provider Partner committed to providing effective and efficient health services. We are passionate about improving health outcomes in the Waitematā district by delivering free, accessible, innovative community and primary health services focusing on Māori, Pacific, tamariki, rangatahi, whānau and other high-needs populations. Te Puna Manawa’sYouth Health Hub provides a range of services for rangatahi, aged 12 years – 24 years. Our Youth Health Hub is looking for a vibrant, youth-friendly, experienced medical receptionist to work in and provide reception duties at our Primary Youth Health Clinics – (Mon/Thurs/Fri – West Auckland based, Tues/Wed – North Shore based). This is a fixed term role to April 2027. To be considered for this role you need to: have a youth-friendly approach, and a strong interest and ability to engage with young people, particularly Māori, Pacific and high-needs populations have excellent communication and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy have great computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office have an excellent ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure have experience in providing exceptional customer services own transport and full NZ driver licence essential competency in Te Reo and Tikanga Māori would be an advantage You will have great administration skills and be experienced in medical reception duties. Friendly and helpful, you will have excellent written and organisation skills and a can-do attitude. Knowledge of MedTech and MS Office suite would be an advantage.
