Job Description
The Royal British Legion is seeking an Admiral Nurse (Wiltshire) to provide specialist dementia care and support to families and carers. The role involves home visits, developing intervention plans, and working with health and social care professionals to deliver compassionate, person-centred care, with travel within the region and some Hampshire coverage.
