About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will lead and mentor a team of integration developers, driving the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions within the Azure ecosystem. You will be the technical authority, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and performant integrations that meet our clients' evolving business needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of integration developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Solution Architecture: Design and architect robust and scalable integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, etc.).
  • Azure Integration Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in Azure integration patterns and best practices to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
  • Development & Implementation: Oversee the development and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • API Management: Design, develop, and manage APIs using Azure API Management, ensuring security, scalability, and discoverability.
  • Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Lead the team in resolving complex integration issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments, promoting automation and efficiency.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize integration solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

What You'll Bring:

  • Extensive Azure Integration Experience: 5+ years of experience designing and implementing integration solutions within the Azure cloud.
  • Deep Azure Integration Services Knowledge: Proven expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, and other relevant Azure integration services.
  • API Development & Management: Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development, with experience in API Management.
  • Programming Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, PowerShell, Python).
  • Database Expertise: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB).
  • CI/CD & DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Agile Experience: Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Relevant Certifications (Preferred): Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Developer Associate) are highly desirable.

Experience Levels:

  • Senior level experience is required.
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role is highly desirable.
