Chapman Tripp is looking for a talented Solicitor or Senior Solicitor (2-7 PQE) to join the firm's broader energy and infrastructure sector practices on project finance work-streams.


You will play a key role advising on the financing, structuring and delivery of New Zealand's most complex and high-profile projects - from major infrastructure developments to energy transition initiatives and public-private partnerships.

You'll be part of a nationally recognised team advising on:

  • Project finance and structured finance transactions
  • Major infrastructure and energy developments
  • Public-private partnerships (PPPs)
  • Acquisitions, development and funding of large-scale assets


You'll gain exposure to end-to-end transactions, collaborating with leading clients and high-performing multidisciplinary teams across the firm.
