Solicitor / Senior Solicitor - Property and Projects

This Solicitor/Senior Solicitor level role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, including Crown Matters, Public Works Acts acquisitions, commercial leasing, property development, major subdivisions, hotel management arrangements and working across the agriculture and forestry industries.

You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, gaining meaningful client contact and taking responsibility for key aspects of transactions. The role involves working on complex matters and delivering commercially focused, solutions-driven advice.

Ideally, you will have at least 3 years' PQE and be coming from a similar practice or possess the attributes to transition into a top-tier firm. Experience across acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development and/or property finance will be important, along with confidence in managing matters under appropriate supervision.

You will bring strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail. Commercially astute and client-focused, you will be confident building trusted relationships and enjoy working collaboratively within a high-performing team.
