Mpac is looking for an organised, detail-focused Commercial & Operations Administrator to join our Tauriko-based team. This varied role supports our commercial, operational, and finance functions in a busy post-harvest kiwifruit environment. About Mpac Mpac is a progressive Bay of Plenty post-harvest business providing kiwifruit packing and coolstorage services for export through Zespri International Ltd. About the Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will help keep key business processes running smoothly by reconciling production data, supporting grower payment processes, coordinating pollen administration, maintaining commercial records, and assisting with finance activities. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys accurate data work, practical problem-solving, and supporting seasonal operations. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Reconcile packout and production data across operational systems, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate reporting tools. Prepare and distribute packout reports and support grower payment processes through accurate data management. Coordinate harvest administration, including Schedule 5 documentation, tracking models, and liaison with Grower Services. Administer pollen operations, including dispatches, inventory tracking, agreements, invoicing, performance reporting, and service coordination. Provide commercial and finance administration support, including records management, reporting, accounts support, and bank reconciliation assistance as required. Maintain filing systems, support process improvement initiatives, document procedures, and assist with seasonal or ad hoc operational requirements and projects. About You We are looking for someone who brings: Previous administration, commercial support, or operations administration experience. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with numbers and large data sets. Strong accuracy, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability. Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills. The ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines in a seasonal environment. A proactive, trustworthy, and collaborative approach. Experience in kiwifruit, horticulture, agriculture, post-harvest operations, Radfords systems, accounts processing, or inventory reconciliation would be an advantage. Why Join Mpac?
