About the role This role is a permanent part time position working 64 hours per fortnight (0.8 FTE), rostered and rotating shifts, across a 24/7 roster. You will undertake a full range of administrative functions including switchboard, ward, support service and frontline support. This role is challenging and varied with no day the same. You will be trained to provide administration cover in multiple departments within the organisation on any given day. Our hospital Administration functions 24/7 so you will be rostered Monday to Sunday as required. Candidates who have flexibility and availability will have preference. About you You are a reliable and dependable team member who takes pride in delivering a high standard of support, even when priorities change. You are flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic clinical environment where no two days are the same. You respond positively to changing demands, are able to adjust your approach as needed, and remain calm and organised while managing a varied workload. Because you will be working across several areas, each with their unique processes and systems, this role will ideally suit someone who is a fast-learner, adaptable, able to manage a busy workload and unfazed by a fast-paced environment. Experience in a range of administrative work. Switchboard/keyboard skills and experience are an advantage.
