About the role This is an associate-level position, ideally suited to a physiotherapist with 2–5 years’ experience who is looking to consolidate their clinical skills, work with a broad range of clients, and continue developing professionally. The role is ideally full-time; however, we are happy to discuss flexible arrangements to accommodate postgraduate study or lifestyle requirements. You will work across two locations: Prohab Physio’s Mt Eden clinic, delivering general musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation. A high school clinic, with a focus on injury rehabilitation for high-performance school athletes. There will also be occasional opportunities for sideline physiotherapy work. Your role will primarily involve Exercise-based rehabilitation, including gym-based programmes at both clinics. Manual therapy, supported by one-to-one mentoring. Patient education and long-term self-management strategies. Working collaboratively with experienced physiotherapists, strength and conditioning coaches, team coaches, allied health providers, and medical professionals. Who we are looking for someone who Brings personality, energy, and excellent communication skills. Has 2–5 years’ experience as a registered physiotherapist with experience in manual therapy and exercise prescription. Holds a current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate and has the right to work in New Zealand. Works well as part of a team while also being able to practise independently. Is motivated to learn, develop, and contribute to a quality-accredited practice. Experience in private practice and/or working with sports teams would be advantageous.
