We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team here in Hawke’s Bay. About the Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for on-site delivery, coordinating trades, maintaining programme timelines, and ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld. Key Responsibilities include: Manage daily site operations and sequencing of work Supervise subcontractors and site crews Ensure projects run to programme and budget targets Maintain high standards of health & safety Monitor quality control and workmanship Coordinate inspections and compliance requirements Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, and clients Maintain site documentation and reporting About You We’re looking for someone who: Has a trade background or construction qualification Has proven experience managing commercial and/or residential construction projects Understands construction sequencing and programme management Has strong leadership and communication skills Is confident coordinating multiple trades Has a practical, solutions-focused approach Maintains high standards of quality and site presentation Has solid knowledge of health & safety requirements Why Join PGC?
