A & T Works Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to run our commercial cleaning operation across Timaru and Temuka. You will plan and oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, supervise staff, train and upskill to meet health and safety standards, and coordinate with clients on repairs and maintenance. The role requires leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a full NZ driving licence.
